I’ve been going to her for probably 20 years and am very satisfied.  She has very good bedside manner.

She was very knowledgeable, and reassuring. She had to use vaccuum for our daughter, she took the time to explain the whole process to us. and was very reassuring.

I really loved Dr. Boyles and appreciated her willingness to fit me in as I was having issues. She is extremely punctual, friendly, and never makes you feel like you need to rush as she has something more important to do. She really listens and

took the time to go over everythign I had questions about. I would recommend her to anyone lookign for a good OBGYN.

I have been seeing Dr. Melissa Boyles for almost 20 years. She is wonderful. I have always gone to the Riverside location. Dr. Missy has great bedside manner and takes the time to answer all my questions. She is very thorough and knowledgeable.

I like her very much. She is in a group of other physicians. She is thorough and pleasant. I have no problem with the office, billing, or anything of that nature.

Had an episode of random bleeding that would not stop for weeks. Was never able to talk to the Dr. Missy, only her nurse. Went for an ultrasound and had to call the office two weeks later after I had not heard the results. Just went for my annual found out there was an issue from my episodes. Dr. Missy gave another 'script and was out the door. Did not answer my questions, and if it had not been for my annual I wouldn't have known there was an issue. Not impressed with her lack of availability or communication. Will not be returning to her practice. Also, have had two friends use her for obstetric, both negative experiences. Sent an intern to see one friend, who was bleeding our post birth.

Well, initially I wasn't too happy. I went in to see this doctor for the very first time and she was called away to do a baby delivery before she entered the examination room. I was asked if I'd rather come back or see the nurse practitioner. I had some major concerns, so I asked to come back. Then I was told that if I saw the nurse practitioner that the doctor would call me at home to answer my questions, so I agreed. The doctor never did call. I spoke to a nurse several weeks later and expressed my discontent and the nurse was of the opinion that I had already gotten my questions answered. I was scheduled for a procedure a month later and was able to meet the doctor for the first time and ask my questions at that time. I did like the doctor once I met her and was able to speak to her about my medical concerns.

Good as always. I've been a patient for years. Dr. Boyles has performed surgery on me several years ago too.

She is really great to deal with. I had a tough experience with my first delivery, but she made the next deliver great.

Everyone in Dr. Boyles' office is professional and friendly, minimizing the yuckiness of the experience.

Very well. She took care of me in an expedited manner and the problem was resolved.

She takes the time to talk to me whenever I have any issues. I never have had to wait a long time in the office. She is very thorough, as well.
