By far the WORST place you could take your car to. I took my car there to get an oil change and tires rotated. When they did the rotating they called me to tell me there was a nail in my tire, and would I like it fixed for $25? Sure. Then my balance was off the next week, so I called to see if they could fix that, but they said they would have the car for a long time, hours. I went to Tire Discounters instead and I had felt the call about the nail just sounded "off" for some reason so I had them check to see if there were any patches in my tires. Well, what do you know, no patches, but there WAS a nail! I went to Boy-Rad after talking to Goodyear corporate who said I should get the whole invoice refunded, a measly $97 since who knows if they even did the oil change. But, when I went back to Boy-Rad they refused, saying they don't give a **** about corporate and got very rude with me. I told them sorry, but I have lost trust in this business and feel the oil change should be refunded as well so I can take it somewhere else and be assured it is done correctly. They refused and then the lady instead of refunding me the phony tire repair charge, charged me for it again! Then said it was my fault for making her mad and if she wanted to she could have just said nothing and let me walk out! I couldn't believe these people. I told them it would probably be best if they just did the right thing. That is when the other guy behind the counter decided to join in and call me an *** and told me to get the **** out of there store. I told him he needs to learn how to talk to customers and he lunged out of his seat, got in my face (in front of a lobby full of customers) and followed me out of the store screaming at me, "We'll go outside and talk about how to talk to customers!" Then when we got outside he got within inches of my face screaming at me, "What are you going to do now, huh? Come on!" So at this point Boy-Rad is now threatening me with violence.. I couldn't believe it. They even had two cars blocking me in. I said I would leave if they didn't have me blocked in. They Guy tells me, "Drive over the Fxxxing curb!" At this point I had 911 ready to go on my phone and he finally stopped threatening with me violence and moved the cars so I could escape. These people are beyond horrible, can't own up to their mistakes and I would never recommend them to my worst enemy.

MIKE TOLD ME THEY DO NOT HONOR CORPORATE GOODYEAR PROMOTIONS AT THIS LOCATION BUT NOT TO WORRY HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF ME AND WOULD GIVE ME A BETTER DEAL GOING THROUGH HIM. AFTER THROWING SOME NUMBERS AROUND HE TOLD ME I HAD THE BEST OFFER FOR THE TIRE HE WAS OFFERING AND I TRUSTED HIM SO I SAID LETS DO IT ($780). JUST TO MAKE SURE HE WASN'T PULLING A FAST ONE ON ME I LOOKED UP THE TIRE ONLINE AND AFTER PULLING UP PRICING IT WAS A BETTER DEAL ONLINE ($700). MIKE MADE SOME PHONE CALLS AND LET ME KNOW HE COULD BEAT THE ONLINE PRICE AND HE QUOTED ME (WHICH I HAVE RECORDED) SO I WOULD DO BUSINESS WITH HIM AND HE COULD DO $650 WALKING OUT THE DOOR TAXES AND ALL. I SAID GREAT LETS DO IT. WELL...AFTER THE TIRES ARE PUT ON THE PRICE CHANGED AGAIN. NOW THE PRICE WAS $715. SO I AGREED TO THE WORK AT $650, WORK IS DONE, AND MAGICALLY NOW THE PRICE INCREASES...***! SO AS I AM UNHAPPY ABOUT THIS PRICE ADJUSTMENT A EMPLOYEE WITH A GUN WALKS UP TO THE FRONT DESK AND ASKED WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS (I AM ASSUMING THIS IS THEIR TYPICAL PRACTICE OF TRYING TO STRONG ARM AND SCREW OVER CUSTOMERS). AFTER TELLING ME THAT THEY WOULD NOT HONOR THE PRICE I WAS TOLD TO PAY THE $715 OR I WOULDN'T GET MY CAR BACK. I TOLD HIM HE DID NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO TOUCH MY VEHICLE AND WE NEEDED TO GET THIS RESOLVED AT THE AGREED PRICE OF $650. AFTER ARGUING BACK AND FORTH I TOLD THE EMPLOYEE WITH A GUN ON HIS WAIST THAT "I AM NOT GOING TO GET F***ED". THE MAN WITH THE GUN DID NOT LIKE THAT AND SAID SINCE I WAS THROWING THE F BOMB IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS IN THE LOBBY THAT NOW HE WAS GOING TO CALL THE POLICE SINCE I REFUSED TO OVERPAY FOR THE TIRES. LUCKILY FOR ME I FELT SOMETHING SHADY WAS HAPPENING FROM THE BEGINNING SO I RECORDED THE ENTIRE THING. ONCE THE MAN WITH THE GUN FOUND OUT I WAS RECORDING THE ENTIRE TIME HIS TUNE SEEMED TO CHANGE AND HIS STORY TO THE POLICE CHANGED WHEN THEY SHOWED UP. Long Story Short DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WOULD LIKE TO GET SCREWED AND INTIMIDATED BY EMPLOYEES WITH GUNS!!! IF THEY TREAT MEN LIKE THIS I WOULD HATE TO SEE HOW THIS LOCATION TREATS FEMALES!!!

They met all my expectations and also notified me of some other future service problems that did not need to be handled immediately, but that would appear on down the road. I have no dislikes. I like their honesty and willingness in other situations to recommend other service providers which would be less expensive than they would be. I also like their honest opinion as to the necessity of service.

Everything went well.  We got an estimate over the phone and dropped the tire off.  The repair took about an hour as they indicated.  Everyone was polite, professional, and we felt they did a good job for a reasonable amount.  We would definitely return for tire-related service.  Nice job.

They were very friendly and only performed what was necessary. There is no pressure and they completed work when promised.

What I liked about them was their punctuality and their professionalism. We've used them for thirty years. They're convenient for us too.

We have been taking our vehicles to this place for over 15 years for new tires, routine maintenance and repairs. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. They never do more than necessary and prices are reasonable. They listen to your needs when purchasing tires and recommend the ones that will meet them in your budget. You also get free tire rotation and balance for the life of the tires. If they cannot give you an estimate upfront they will contact you with one before they start the work. Honest, caring and friendly people.

They are fantastic. We've had tires replaced there and other work done. They don't tell you more than you need. I was eating a pizza the first time I went in there. The service was so good I ended up getting a pizza for them and had it delivered.

I have a work van that needed tires. Jennifer made sure I got what was best for my application. I also bought tires for my moms car. Very professional and highly recommended.

They are very friendly. If something is not right, they will call you before they do anything. They keep you up to date with what is going on. They keep you informed.

Over the years Boy Rad Goodyears staff has really taken care of us, been honest and extremely professional! No matter who you run into there they always greet you with a friendly smile or hello. They went above and beyond for us in the past and continue to do so. Most recently they did work on my husbands truck and it runs like she's young again ;-). We will always go here and continue to recommend them!

Excellent, costly but the problem was fixed

I feel like they're honest. They tell me if it will be worthwhile to repair something. They tell me the fastest, most reasonable way possible to get the repair done. They drive me home if the weather's bad and then come pick me up and take me back to the shop. They're just very fair and reasonable, though I haven't done a lot of comparison shopping. I just can't say enough good things about them. Their service is amazing. They put something in my car that didn't last a while year, so they put a new one in and didn't charge me for it.

My car had a light coming on saying I needed service and I needed the key cylinder fixed. I went to dealer but they quoted me very high so I brought my car to Goodyear. When I called, they promised me they could fix for a lot cheaper. Once they had my car, they were unable to fix the key cylinder. They apologized, but I had to move my car to another dealer to have this fixed. They were very nice and their prices were reasonable, but I they should not have told me they could fix my car. I think still they are great mechanics.

Awesome, every time I go in. Once I came in saying I wanted to buy 4 new tires, and since I work on the road for a living, I wanted the best. Pretty much a salesperson's dream. The guy behind the counter went out and checked my tires, came back in and said I didn't need new tires at this time. If they were dishonest he could have agreed with me and sold me the most expensive tires, and I would have not been the wiser.
That is just one example of the exemplary customer service.
