The men were professional, courteous, efficient and early for the job. They really know their pool tables and worked like well practiced duet partners on the job. Within minutes, we knew we picked the right people for the job.

Just moved to Powell from out of state. Needed our pool table reassembled. In addition, the frame of our pool table would not fit down the stairs to our desired location in the basement. Called Billiards Plus as they sold Olhausen pool tables. Person I spoke to on the phone was knowledgeable, and said there was a good chance they could take the frame apart enough to get it downstairs. They arrived on time, quickly disassembled the frame, got it downstairs, and reassembled it. Looks great and did an excellent job. No extra charge for the disassembly and reassembly either. Would use them again.

This 1000+ pound upright player was handled quickly and safely. Up steps and across hard wood floors. You could tell they were a highly trained and experienced moving team. Every precaution was taken to protect both the house and the piano. We were called between 8-9 in the morning and given a two hour window. They had a cancelation and called to see if an earlier time was ok which was and they arrived in about 20 minutes. Surveyed the job, laid down protective mats and the move was accomplished in less than 20 minutes.They then took the piano to Lancaster where it will undergo a complete overhaul. It should be noted that we used this same mover to bring the piano from Chillicothe Ohio (70 miles) about 2 years ago. Would highly recommend Davis and know they will be returning the piano when the refurbishing is complete.

This is a beautiful clock and he was very fair on the price.

They delivered it. They're the only people around. We were looking for something specific and I wanted someone who knew what they were doing. I would recommend them. They know pool tables. That's what they do.

Two service professionals arrived a little early for my scheduled appointment. I was happy that they did. Both men got right to work and re-assembled the pool table in 45 minutes.. They were able to reuse the existing cloth, which saved me the cost of new cloth. They leveled the table several times and did a fine job of explaining why they were performing certain functions. They were very friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend.

Rob came to rebalance our pool table. He showed up on time and got right to work. I was surprised to see that he had to dismantle the pool table to rebalance it. It was methodical and answered my questions as he went. The table is perfect now! He was neat, professional and friendly. Billiards Plus includes rebalancing in the cost of the table, which is why there is no figure shown for amount paid. A good experience!

These guys are great! Always friendly and willing to give advice to a novice pool player and poor college student. I have been in there multiple times and they are very passionate about the sport and love what they do. Most times when I go in there for a repair they don't even charge me if it is something small! Highly recommended!

Ken was very patient with us. He helped us make an informed purchase, without being pushy. We even borrowed a sample of the wood to match our cabinets.
