Big Sandy Superstore

Terrible service from a store that should be called the Big Shady (BS). We purchased a high end Speed Queen washing machine in April 2019. It stopped working on August 26, 2019. My wife called BS that day. She received a call back on August 27 asking for photos. We sent the photos and the self "triage" that BS asked us to do (yes, no service tech, you get to do the diagnostics for BS). We sent a message on September 5 asking for a status. Received a message on September 6 that the parts were in and we would receive a call to set up the repair visit. Repair set for September 11 (their delay not ours). No call from BS on September 10 telling us when the repairman would arrive as BS promised... Finally received a call on September 11 that the repair visit would be a 3:00pm. Guess what...? The washer could not be fixed as it needed more parts. Received a call that day that the parts were ordered and would take 3-5 more business days to get. We asked them to rush order the parts and received the promise from BS service department that they would be in touch on that request. Not response... Contacted BS on September 20 and found out that the parts were on back order, but that the BS service department would try to get the parts from somewhere. Another promise from the BS service department of a call that day to tell us what would be done. No call. Received a call on September 23 that the parts are in and that a BS service rep will call to set up the appointment. Nearly a month to get a washing machine repaired and still waiting.
