Description of Work: We had recently purchased our home, and Ark had replaced a line to the swimming pool for the previous owner a couple of weeks before we moved in. The new concrete they poured eventually crumbled over the winter and looked bad, Plus we still needed to paint the area that had been replaced. Ark came back out and cut out the entire section and re-poured new concrete for us at no charge. I have since painted the section and we are very happy with it now.

We were losing a LOT of water in the pool. It'd dropped more than 2 inches over night. We filled it up and in a week the water level dropped to the bottom of the skimmers (about 4+ inches lost). We filled it up again to try to locate the leak on our own. After a week we still hadn't figured out where the water was getting out and the level was back down below the skimmers (6 + inches loss). We called Ark Leak Detection and they said to fill it up again and call them in 2 days to tell them how much it dropped. I blame my husband for not telling them that we'd already done that and knew how fast the water was leaking, but we did it anyway and called them back. They said they'd be out in 4 days which meant the water level would drop to it's lowest point again. The night before they were to come out we filled it up again. The guys came out exactly when they said they would and got straight to work. They found two leaks (one on our plastic molded steps and another, a tiny little hole in the liner.) They put putty on both (matching the color as best they could so it's hardly noticeable) and the water loss stopped. So glad we called them! They also suggested that at the end of the season we should do a more permanent fix on the steps. They'll have to pump cement into the leak to fill in the ground that all that water loss eroded away underneath the steps. We plan on having them do the work.
