 + -1 moreTHE DORMER WORK WAS EXCELLENT, THE EXTERIOR TRIM WORK WAS AVERAGE, AND THE CROWN MOLDING WORK WAS GOOD. OUR TWO COMPLAINTS WERE TIMELINESS AND ISSUES AROUND CLEAN-UP. THE JOB WAS ESTIMATED TO TAKE ONE WEEK; IT TOOK FOUR WEEKS AND WOULD LIKELY HAVE TAKEN LONGER HAD WE NOT COMPLAINED. THE POSITIVE ASPECTS WERE THAT THE OWNERS WERE EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE FROM START TO FINISH AND THE WORKERS WERE COURTEOUS. WE HAD ISSUES WITH JOB SITE CLEAN-UP AND JOB TAKING LONGER THAN PROMISED.
Description of Work: DORMER REPLACEMENT, REPAIR AND PAINTING OF SOME EXTERIOR TRIM, AND INSTALLATION OF CROWN MOLDING.
