House assessment and discussions were prompt, professional and thorough. He made himself available at times convenient for us. Installation took much longer than estimated, and initally the equipment used was a bit bulky on the window not allowing the miniblinds to fall correctly. They were happy to come back out and fix it. I was handed a large booklet as the installation person was leaving, but I asked for him to stay and actually have me walk through keying the functions so I'd know how to use the system. I really like having the system, and the owner takes great pride in his company. He'll do whatever you need/want to find what fits for you.

I liked their service as far as how they explained everything. They respond well when I call them which gives me great piece of mind. We did have some problems with them getting parts, so it took a few trips to get the project completed but everything other than that was fine and I would use them again.

They waited until the 11th hour to tell me they could/would not complete/start the work. I turned down another company for the same job based on the sales call & initial interaction.

I researched several security firms before deciding to do business with AllSecure. Joe Hinte returned my call and came to our site to review our security needs. He outlined several options and answered our questions without any hard sell or long-term contracts. The technician he sent came at a convenient time for us, installed exactly what we had asked for and taught us how to use the system.

They were very prompt and came out before I expected them. They did the work well and I haven't had any problems with it. They were neat when they were in the house. I was quite satisfied with their service. The locks that I purchased were high quality and use a special key and lock system. They also do commercial work so make sure you notify them that it's for a residential area before they come out.

Absolutely a very high quality and thorough job! Highly recommend Allsecure and their staff for security installations. This was a somewhat complex system to update and to add the additional items. Allsecure did whatever it took to do a quality job! The owner, Joe Hinte, did the initial survey and estimate of what we needed. We appreciated that level of attention and thoroughness. Then, he sent a qualified and thorough technician to perform the work. Throughout the whole experience, Allsecure was very responsive and detail oriented...and did I mention all work was HIGH QUALITY!! Also, with alarm companies, many will try to replace your existing systems or sell things you don't need. However, Allsecure worked with our existing system and were very knowledgeable about what made the most sense to meet our security and fire monitoring requirements.

SALESMAN SHOWED UP PROMPTLY FOR THE APPOINTMENT. HE SEEMED TO REALLY EMPHASIZE GOING OVER LOCAL CRIME STATS AND SHOWING ME ARTICLES ABOUT CRIME IN THE LOCAL PAPER. I PROBABLY WOULD HAVE BEEN MORE LIKELY TO CONSIDER HIS COMPANY IF HE'D BROUGHT SOME ALARM MODELS TO SHOW ME THE EQUIPMENT AND HOW IT WOULD WORK. ALSO, GIVING ME ONE WEEK TO CONSIDER HIS PRICING OFFER WAS TOO SHORT OF A TIMEFRAME FOR ME TO MAKE UP MY MIND.

THEY WERE VERY PROMPT, COURTEOUS, AND GAVE ME EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEIR TECHNICIAN OFFERED HELPFUL INFORMATION AND CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF.
