This project went off without a hitch. I called Accurate Plumbing on a Monday, bought the tank ourselves on a Tuesday, and they were out Thursday to install. From start to finish, the job took about 90 minutes and the area was cleaned up nicely before they left. Great experience. Would highly recommend. Thanks to Greg, filling in for Service Manager, Mike, for his quick replies and fair quote. I was super impressed with Accurate Plumbing. We noticed our hot water heater was leaking from the bottom. I left a message through their website, because it was Sunday and figured no one would be around. Within 30 minutes someone called me back! He was very honest with me and told me that considering the age and where the leak was it was more than likely going to need to be replaced. When the plumbers arrived right on time. I neglected to mention I needed a drip pan due to the basement being finished after the current water heater was found. They went to the nearest hardware store and bought one, so they could still complete the job without complaint. The initial cold water shut off valve was a PVC ball valve that was frozen. Without me even asking they installed a metal lever shut off valve, so I could turn off the cold water input when needed. I would highly recommend this company.

A call to a plumbing company 9 of 10 times is an emergency. I called Accurate at 8:00am, explained my problem, spoke with Mike and my service was scheduled for 1pm. I had called other companies and best they could do was 24 hours. Mike called at 11:00am to ask if Dale could show up inn30 minutes. Dale was efficient, cordial and was able to fix the problem. However there was a secondary an unexpected issue and he was able to overcome as well. Stay until complete resolution was achieved. They might not be a big corporate outfit but what you want if professionalism and honesty. Accurate has it thanks Mike and Dale.

Mike was very helpful in getting the work done the day that I called. Our old sump pump ran a lot so we needed one asap and Mike delivered for us.

Excellent. He replaced the parts the were the problem and the toilet has worked properly ever since. I'll hire them again :-).

It went great! They sent a plumber to my house the day after my call. Bill, called me about ten minutes before he arrived and said he would be here in a few minutes. I showed him the dripping water in my basement. He accurately identified the source of the leak quickly (a broken line to my ice maker), and repaired it. Since the line was between the floor of my kitchen and the ceiling of the basement, it wasn't readily visible to me. He replaced the line (without disturbing the kitchen floor or the basement ceiling) to the refrigerator which fixed the leak. The total bill was $127.. After 16 years of living in Hilliard I think I have finally found a plumber that knows what he is doing and can be trusted!

After having another plumbing company provide an estimate, where they tried to hard sell a replacement of my current tank water heater with a tankless ($4K), I thankfully decided to call Accurate for a second opinion. They came out promptly and said the current water heater is fine but I do need to replace the expansion tank for a total of $150. Very honest and professional team who will be my go to on any future needs.

I was very happy with the gentleman who came out. He was on time, professional, polite, and honest. We paid $165 which was a lot lower then most of the places when i called to just get an idea of the cost. That was with the new nozzle. he also checked our back nozzle out and said we did not need to update.
