The sink had drained slow for years until nothing we did would clear the drain. After a power snake got stuck in the line and had to be cut out, he pulled the vanity, put a discreet opening in the wall, pull the toilet (right beside the sink), replaced all the piping to the drain going to the basement, ran the snake again......and finally after 16 yrs. we have a REAL bathroom sink! He put everything back the way he found it, and didn't charge us what most plumbers would have. I couldn't be more pleased.
