Cant say enough about this company. They are very punctual and above all fair and honest. My expert technician Bart was very honest and very qualified. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them!!

Our AC went out in the middle of July. I called several companies, and RA Moser had one of the most pleasant people answering the phones. She was very helpful, took my information and let me know they could be here today, but it wouldn't be until late afternoon. They ended up coming right about 3:30, which really was sooner than I expected (and much appreciated). I was tempted to give punctuality a B(good) because the lady I talked to in the morning said they would give me a call before they arrived, and that never happened.
They found a dirty condenser coil and cleaned it. They said the unit functions properly ow. The tech's name was Mike and he was very knowledgeable and professional (in uniform). He did have some guy in a t-shirt and jeans following him around, so I assume he was getting trained in on some level. I would have rather the trainee had some sort of identification with the company, but it wasn't that big of a deal. This is why they got a B(good) for professionalism, but I would give Mike the tech an A+(incredibly professional).
I'm completely happy with this service. I will call these guys again. Mike even said if I run into any snags with the duct work plan I can give them a call and he'll stop in and check things out.
