Veterinarians
This has been my vet for years. Getting an appointment for a sick animal you wait a couple days to be seen. I took my sick dog in for an appointment. We were sent home with an antibiotic. She didn't improve so I called back on a Saturday. I was immediately put on hold and was kept on hold for 35 minutes making it 11:55 am. They close at 12 noon. When the receptionist got on the phone I explained our situation and that I had been on hold for 35 minutes. I was told that they were now closed and to take my dog to an emergency vet hospital. Other than getting my dogs records this was my last contact with this vet.
