There seems to be only one guy running this company, and he is very rude and inconsiderate. I needed new AC unit, so I called them. The guy made me go to and from one of my rental properties, run up and down the stairs and take pictures of my furnaces. Then he wanted me to take measurements, and used a lot of technical terms I didnt really understand. I really tried to make things easy for him, and it cost me time and money. But he said I was too slow in getting back to my rental property to do his work for him, so he declined the job. After all that, he declined. If you do decide you use this guy, be very carful, and MAKE SURE YOU GET HIM TO YOUR HOUSE FOR THE ESTIMATE. Do not do his work for him like I did. You will end up with nothing to show for it.
Description of Work: He did nothing. Seemed to want me to do all the work.

We only work for home owners that live in the Home. We do not work for landlords or Flippers of Homes!! We have you send pictures because we can see everything that is needed for a Bid to do a replacements , of a unit or system. We save you Money this way. We sale at Cost and only Charge for Labor by trade service (times) This Guy tried to use us from one phone number and we told him we could not work for him as he did not live in the home and was the landlord which we do not work for , and then he tried from another phone number and stated he lived in the home , but the pictures was the same as the first try (Scamming to get it cheaper) Sorry to say it that way
