VERIZON VOICE WING

I picked verizon because they were cheaper than Time Warner, I soon found out why, the operators were not trained sufficiently before dealing with customers I was put on hold several times while they consulted with their trainers, my order took 45 minutes long and then they told me they could not put the order through and I will have to call back, so I did the next day, order was successful, I was told 5-7 business days to get the adapter, come the 7th day no adapter I call to see what's up, they said it hasn't been shipped out yet due to the 911 verification process and the scheduled ship date is 4 days later plus the 5-7 business days ( thats 9-11 more days without my phone and I don't even know if it will work) I did not want to wait around anymore so I cancelled my order and went with Time Warner.
