Tree Barber

Came a day later and cut down the ash sprouts - very sloppily done but since the stump was going to be removed didn't worry about the neatness. Wanted partial payment of $25 for "gas money" and said he would be back the next day, Saturday, to do rest and the stump would be removed as well. Never saw him again. Exchanged some phone calls and texts and many promises from him that he would be out but never showed up.

Never showed up to give an estimate. Or returned my last call.

Was able to come do job earlier than initially estimated. Job completed quickly & completely. Price was way below any other estimates received.

Once they got on the job they did a great job.  Cut and removed all limbs and debris in a professional manner.  No damage to surroundings or environment.

Work was completed quickly and efficiently.

I can't tell you how happy it is to receive amazing service. It's really refreshing to know that there are local companies that do care about the area and their customers concern with the job. We bought our house for the beautiful trees in the front of our house. They are amazing and unfortunately old. Glenn understood was a sad time it was for us and really did his best job to keep the old look we wanted. You can't replace trees, you can make great relationships with people. The Tree Barbers are amazing. Thanks guys!!!

Had to wait on the estimate about 1.5 hours.  After meeting with Glenn and receiving the quote, I hired.  Overall good experience. 

Did a great job completely removing the tree, grinding the stump and doing a complete cleanup of the area. Will definitely use his services again in the future. Even had a neighbor of ours ask him for a quote for work to be done, after seeing what a great job he had done with ours!

It went great. I liked the price and he did a good job.

He was very responsive, and his price was good. Everything was taken care of really well. The guy that runs the business lives about 2 miles from my house. He was already in the neighborhood. I didn’t know him, but once I saw him I knew he lived pretty close. My neighbor had just had some work done with him as well.

We haven't heard back from him and it's been a few weeks. He did come out and was very professional, but I think he should have done better at getting back to us with an estimate or something. I wouldn't recommend him or use him now.

My overall experience was very positive. I have used this company in the past when I lived in Delaware (Ohio) and was pleased to find that he is willing to work in this area also. I think his prices are unbeatable and the quality of the work was great. He is very polite and wants to make sure that you, as his customer, are satisfied with everything before he leaves. I will be calling him again next year for additional work!

HE IS UNRELIABLE AT BEST. IT IS VERY DIFFICULT GETTING HIM TO SHOW UP TO DO WORK. HE MISSED 3 APPOINTMENTS WITH ME AND WAS A NO SHOW, THEN WHEN HE FINALLY DID COME, HE REALIZED THAT HE COULDNT GET THE TRUCK BACK THERE, WHICH WE HAD DISCUSSED DURING THE INNITIAL ESTIMATE AND SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN A PROBLEM AT THIS POINT. THEN HE DISAPPEARED NEVER TO BE HEARD FROM AGAIN.
