Description of Work: Our dogs are part of our family. It is so hard to leave them behind when we go on vacation but I know they are taken care of when I leave them with Joette. You can tell how much she loves animals. She doesn't nickel and dime you to death either for all the little "extras" that other places do. I won't leave my dogs anywhere else (except with family) if Joette is available.

Description of Work: I have been taking my dog there for about a year for boarding. He has an indoor outdoor run with plenty of room. He also gets to play with other dogs if they are compatible. He is always happy when he gets there and when I pick him up. There are no extra charges for things. They are great.

 + -1 moreWe have probably boarded our dog more than a dozen times in the past two years. On one occasion our dog was vomiting and had diarrhea. Joette and Michael were on the phone to us right away to let us know the situation and immediately got our dog the veterinary services he needed. He came through it all OK. It reaffirmed to us that these folks are conciencious and that they really care about the animals. The facility is very, very clean and the folks at the Pet Retreat treat their animals guests as if they're their own pets. The get an A+ in our book.
Description of Work: We have been using the Pet Retreat for a few years now. Our dog is an AKC Champion as well as being a valued family member. We are very very particular about who takes care of our dog and we pay attention to every detail. We continue to trust the Pet Retreat and we are able to go away without worry.

 + -1 moreShe was very reasonable and my dogs came back happy. She was very nice and was an animal lover. I was very happy with her compared to other kennels that I had used. My dogs had a good care there.

 + -1 moreJOETTE AND THE PET RETREAT ARE ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. SHE LOVES ON THEM AND KISSES THEM ALL DAY. THIS IS THE FIRST KENNEL THAT I HAVE USED THAT MY DOGS ARE ACTUALLY HAPPY TO GO THERE. THEY GET SO EXCITED JUST PULLING INTO THE DRIVE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER TO ANY DOG OWNER WHO WANTS EXCELLENT, SAFE AND LOVING CARE FOR THEIR DOGS WHILE THEY ARE GONE. I AM ABLE TO LEAVE TOWN WITHOUT WORRYING WHETHER THEY ARE CARED FOR PROPERLY. GREAT PLAY AREA FOR THE DOGS TOO. JUST PERFECT!! THANK YOU FOR BEING THE BEST!!
