The family lives on-site, out in Delaware Co. Nice building, dog runs, and play area.

We have probably boarded our dog more than a dozen times in the past two years. On one occasion our dog was vomiting and had diarrhea. Joette and Michael were on the phone to us right away to let us know the situation and immediately got our dog the veterinary services he needed. He came through it all OK. It reaffirmed to us that these folks are conciencious and that they really care about the animals. The facility is very, very clean and the folks at the Pet Retreat treat their animals guests as if they're their own pets. The get an A+ in our book.

She was very reasonable and my dogs came back happy. She was very nice and was an animal lover. I was very happy with her compared to other kennels that I had used. My dogs had a good care there.

JOETTE AND THE PET RETREAT ARE ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. SHE LOVES ON THEM AND KISSES THEM ALL DAY. THIS IS THE FIRST KENNEL THAT I HAVE USED THAT MY DOGS ARE ACTUALLY HAPPY TO GO THERE. THEY GET SO EXCITED JUST PULLING INTO THE DRIVE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER TO ANY DOG OWNER WHO WANTS EXCELLENT, SAFE AND LOVING CARE FOR THEIR DOGS WHILE THEY ARE GONE. I AM ABLE TO LEAVE TOWN WITHOUT WORRYING WHETHER THEY ARE CARED FOR PROPERLY. GREAT PLAY AREA FOR THE DOGS TOO. JUST PERFECT!! THANK YOU FOR BEING THE BEST!!
