Barbara does a very thorough job and the house looks great when she's done!

We are very happy with the Cleaning Specialist.  She is very professional and very through.  Her work is consistent so you always know what to expect.  I have used other cleaning services in the past and have been happy in the beginning but as time went on the quality declined.  You won't have to worry about this with The Cleaning Specialist.  I would recommend her highly to anyone!

Barbara has been cleaning our house biweekly since May. She is incredible. Her price is reasonable. She charges less and cleans better than another competitor I tried. She is willing to use the cleaning supplies I have on-hand. (I prefer vinegar mixes, etc., to strong chemicals b/c they irritate my respiratory system.) She has a house key and lets herself in and out the day she cleans, since we are at work. Totally reliable and trustworthy. What I love most is that she is always cleaning things I didn't expect her to clean. Even when we were doing a tour of the house at the beginning, she was asking me what I used to clean such-and-such--stuff that I didn't even usually clean. :-) That is exactly what you want out of a house cleaner, I think. I would give her my highest recommendation.

She is very fast, but thorough. She has a great sense of humor and is very down to earth. She is reliable and does what she says she is going to do. I will use her again in the future.

I did not plan on having her help me organize all the "stuff" I have but it is wonderful.  She is here for three hours and she is like a speed demon judging by what she accomplishes.she always leaves at least one thing for me to follow-up on as she works at organizing what I have. I took time off to be with her one day so we were both on the same page and I plan to do that again for at least a couple of her visits so we can identify more things I can get rid of. I recommend her not only for cleaning but for organizational assistance also.  She is a lovely person Very grounded, reasonable and easy to work with when you plan what you want to accomplish.

Barb and I worked together and got an amazing amount of work done. Like others have posted here, she really finds things to clean that you had not noticed were dirty. Barb is prompt and reliable, takes no real breaks, and is focused on the job at hand. I will definitely use her services again.

Barb has been our housecleaner for 14 years. Her work is always excellent. She's punctual, thorough, willing to rearange her schedule, and take on extra duties when requested. She frequently sees and does tasks that we have overlooked (polish the silver, clean under and behind major appliances, remove and dust belind books)

We previously had another cleaning service - they weren't very thorough, had different people coming every week who didn't always follow instructions, and sometimes they just didn't show up. Barbara was recommended to us by a friend. We called her, and she was able to come by the next day to look at our townhouse and give us a quote: $85.00 per cleaning if she cleans once every two weeks or $75.00 per cleaning if she comes each week. This was a little more than the other cleaning service, but she had been so highly recommended we decided to give her a try. We agreed on a regular time and day for her to come each week. We gave her a key so she could clean while we're away at work. She is great with our dog, and the dog is always happy to see her. She is punctual, reliable, and flexible - she lets us know well ahead of time if she needs to reschedule, and she is very accommodating if we need to reschedule. We were amazed the first time she cleaned - things that we didn't realize were dirty suddenly looked great. She does a very thorough job and takes pride in her work, and the house looks wonderful. Our allergies are so much better than before we had her! She uses our cleaning supplies, which is nice because we know what chemicals are being used, and she writes us a note if she needs anything. One weekend when we had a new front door installed, we were appalled to find everything in our house was coated with dust from the project. I didn't even know where to start, so I called Barbara. She came right over and got everything cleaned up. We have recommended Barbara to friends, and they are as thrilled as we are with the great work she does.
