Ross Heating & Cooling

I basically found him 16 years ago. I had an emergency situation where it was raptured and it was flooding my basement. He took care of that for me. I really like the guy. He is honest and responsive in emergencies. He is my go to guy.

One time a squirrel clogged up one of the vents. They told me that one of my air vents was not safe. It was preventing the furnace from sucking in air. When it got cold, it was supposed to kick in and it was not starting as it was supposed to. Usually when I call them, it ends up as an emergency. Usually, the biggest part of the expense is the part that he ends up replacing. He is excellent.

Explained services provided and recommendations in a clear straight forward manner. Coordinated repairs with my tenant. I will be using Bill for future needs on my rental property in Delaware, OH. My impression over the phone was that Bill is a nice guy and straight shooter.

He called me to let me know when he would arrive and I appreciated that he was very considerate not only of our property, but of our home and two dogs. He worked quickly and he did not leave a mess. I would highly recommend him.

I called Ross Heating and Cooling because my older furnace wasn't putting out much heat and the heat pump fan stopped working.
Bill and Brandon were awesome! They answered all my questions, thoroughly. I didn't feel like I was constantly being fed a sales pitch. (like I have with other HVAC companies in the past)
They fixed the fuse in the heat pump, gave everything a thorough cleaning and provided a quote to rebuild some parts that will need work soon. The furnace is 20+ years old and will probably not last much longer. I SO appreciated that they didn't try to constantly sell me a new furnace, but provided less expensive alternatives to get me by until I can afford a new one.
These fellows were fast, clean, professional and courteous. And bonus, my pets (3 cats and 1 dog) loved them! : )

They were real cheap, I called them out at noon, and they came out by 2 in the afternoon.

Bill Ross oversaw first hour of installation, then two of his technicians finished the job in 6 hours total. Price charged was exactly what he quoted over the phone one week prior.

It was a positive interaction. It was wonderful. I would recommend them. They were easy to get a hold of. They were prompt in setting the appontment and arriving.

Thoroughly went over all parts of furnance and humidifier, cleaning filters and inspecting ducts.

Monthly, my husband worked with them. He has recommended them to a couple other people, so the experiences were positive. They were very responsive.

They're punctual, professional, and go over and above. They are very nice people.
