A SMALL COMPANY, WITH BIG CAPABILITIES. WHETHER OR NOT YOU ARE HAPPY IS VERY IMPORTANT TO P&D. AS WITH ANY CUSTOM HOME BUILDING PROCESS, THE HOMEOWNER MUST STAY ON TOP OF THE 30,000 DECISIONS TO BE MADE AND WITHOUT A DOUBT ISSUES WILL ARISE. BUT P&D WILL WORK HARD TO RESOLVE THOSE ISSUES TO YOUR SATISFACTION.
