They are fantastic. I like his workers; they do a perfect job. My fence is completely straight, it is beautiful. They clean up after themselves in the garage or so forth. He is a very nice man to deal with and the people that he has working for him are excellent.

Brendan was easy to work with. He helped us prioritize the various items and worked with us to provide a quote for the maximum number of items that could be completed within our budget. He is very prompt in callbacks and email replies. The price was a little on the high side, we did go over our budget a little, but for the service he provided, we are not complaining. He subs out various things. For our electrical work, he brought in Tim Shifflet of Response Electric for both the original quote and the actual work. Brendan himself was present on both occasions (for the actual work during the initial period only, but was always reachable by phone). Tim was also very nice to work with. He put in quite a bit of thought when sizing up the work and offered options that we were not aware of. During the actual install, he discussed the can positions with us, offering his views on the pros and cons of each can position. He was also very patient, going through about six or seven combinations for our kitchen and dinette areas, until we were satisfied that the final lighting would suit our needs. Originally, they had brought in incandescent lights for the fixtures. When we indicated we would replace them with CFLs, he offered to replace the bulbs up front so that we would only need to pay the difference. (Eventually we did not actually have to pay anything extra and still got the CFLs). He also had to pull wire through a section of the ceiling where there was no attic access and we could not provide any hints as to whether there was any access or not. He had a few tricks up his sleeve that let him pull the wire through with a minimum of fuss. After the install, we found a few cans that did not sit quite right, there was a little gap between the ceiling and the edges of the reflectors. Tim very patiently worked his way through each can re-seating them so that the gaps were eliminated as much as possible and even my wife was pleased. Folks, that's saying something! Tim also cleaned up all the dust as much as he could, and told us to let them know if we ran into any snags down the line. We have not so far and we are very pleased with the overall results. Both Tim and Brendan have been a pleasure to work with, and I would definitely recommend both very highly.
