Computer Repair
The web designer offers the lowest rates in town and that?s commensurate with service quality. She overstates her qualifications at the expense of your project. She is awkward about asking to get paid for her services. Rather than simply bill you for time spent, she?ll not bill you then remind you how nice she is for not billing you (huh?). I contacted the designer to give them an opportunity to remedy performance before submitting this report. Her response was unhelpful and rather than rate a C, is instead a D.
