About us
Additional DBA - Julie Rayburn Enterprises LLC. We have 4 full time employees and additional as needed. We are open when ever any one wants to make an appointment. Our company services central Ohio, or any where in the state of Ohio. If you need to move out of state, we have reliable contacts to help you with that move also. We charge strictly by the hour, time starts when we leave the office and ends when we return to the office. We accept cash, checks, cashiers checks, or money orders. We do charge a fuel surcharge per PUCO. We are a locally woman owned business, striving to make moving an easier job for all concerned. We specialize in moving elderly people, trying to make their move as easy on them and their families as possible. We do offer specialty services such a making your bed, and helping to organize your living quarters as needed or requested. Our staff is very friendly, helpful, energetic, and knowledgeable. Most of our employees have worked together at another moving company for years before this company was started. We are truly a moving company "With a Woman's Touch".

The men moving my furniture were very professional. They moved me from the 3rd floor of an apartment building on a warm and steamy day but kept going and moved quite fast.
The Bad:
1) I was scheduled for an 8am move, at 8:30 I called to see when I could expect the movers to arrive, I received an apology and an explanation that she thought my scheduled time was 9. I waited until 10:30 for them to arrive.
2) I was told to expect 3 movers, only 2 showed up which caused the amount of move time and my cost to increase. When I called Julie for an explanation and maybe a small discount, I did not even get an apology, let alone a discount.
3) I planned to pay with a credit card, when I presented my card at the end of the move, the movers did not have a credit card machine and I was told to call Julie in about 15 minutes to give her my card information. When I called her, I did not receive a thank you for calling or an apology for the inconvenience, but instead was told I had interrupted her lunch.
The movers were courteous and worked hard, however, the rest of the company was very unprofessional, bordering on rude.

We run into some of this when things are not as visible on an estimate as they are whenwe actually get into packing them. Sorry you were disappointed in the move, as that is not our intent."
