Jordan's Home Maintenance

Mr. Jordan was great in providing an estimate, working with us on how to match the missing piece of siding and then replacing it in a timely manner. This was a really small job in comparison and we appreciated him being willing to work with us on such a small thing.

We contacted Jordan's Home Maintenance to get a quote on fixing the hole in our kitchen ceiling and Thad Jordan was out within a few days to give us an estimate.  Because their quote was so reasonable and they had good reviews on Angie's list, we hired them on the spot.  A team of two workers was out  within a few days to start the work on our ceiling.  They quoted us $300 for the job which was lower than the other estimates we received, even though they had to come out to our home on three consecutive days to allow the spackling compound to dry completely between applications.  They could have chosen a quicker drying compound but they wanted to do it right they said.  The workers were punctual, courteous and cleaned up after each visit.  We've already scheduled Jordan's Home Maintenance to quote us on other jobs around the house.  The team at Jordan's Home Maintenance were very professional and great to work with.  We recommend them to anyone who needs any type of home repair.

They are always reasonable and they do a great job. I would recommend them highly.

Exceeded all expectations.  Showed up on time, performed excellent work from himself and team, very friendly, completely cleaned up after themselves so when I came home everything was ready to use.  They even removed the old fixtures, boxes and shipping materials.  I was so happy when I came home and I did not have to deal with trash or any cleanup.  They communicated great and provide exceptional value for the quality of work.  I look forward to using them for all of my maintenance needs.

Thad had to return a second time when rain leaked in and this time did more caulking and checked the roof to see if rain was coming in under shingles.  So far so good.

The repair work was prompt and effective. I would definitely use this company again. 1) Instead of a 3 hour appointment window like most companies I was given a specific time and the contractor showed up right on time. 2) Even though it was a two day job, I did not have to pay a deposit prior to the start of work. 3) The work was completed on time and on budget.

They arrived on time, very professional and friendly.  Didn't waste any time.  Explained what they were doing and gave reasonable estimate which they met.  I have already hired them again.

They did a great job at fixing all our small household repair problems and modifications, some small and some larger.
They work very fast and do in an hour what would take me all day.
They did not hesitate to do things as small as changing light bulbs, to larger things such as redesigning how the rain gutters worked, filling in many huge holes caused by dog digging, installing a ham radio antenna, fixing holes in various walls indoor and out and many other things.   And their big task of replacing the siding went really well.  I am pleased to have found them on Angie's list.

Mr. Jordan and his courteous crew were prompt, did well everything I asked and at a reasonable price.  I was very happy with the job.

We had an old, very large arbor on our property that was leaning and looked shabby. Mr. Jordan's was very knowledgable and helpful in making recommendations for a new arbor design and the gave us pricing options. 
He always returned calls promptly, he always came on time (or called if for some reason he was detained). He and his crew were professional and did a superb job.  The new arbor is beautiful and very strong since Mr. Jordan changed the design for better support. 
We could not have been more pleased with him, his crew or their work. We would definitely use them again.

It went great.  Thad provided an estimate of the work to be done including various options for us to consider.  Once we decided on the door, he ordered it for us which saved us considerable money.  Once it came in, he came the next day and with his team installed the door and completed the caulking.  They were very personable, did a great job, and came in under the estimate.  We are very pleased and look forward to working with them again.

Repair was performed as expected.  Very professional and executed task as originally stated.  I will use them in the future.

They did a really fine job, they were polite and cleaned up after themselves, they were always puctual.

Due to the severe windstorm we had a couple of years ago, we had an end piece of our cedar trim at the roof/gutter blow away, supplying an opening for squirrels to get inside our attic. The squirrels had also chewed through other cedar boards for entry. That was all replaced and stained. Other cedar trim was replaced or caulked and stain applied.
Thad's team of workers arrived promptly on the agreed date and worked steadily removing all old trim, etc. on the first day; and on the second day of work did the re-staining of the cedar boards. What the workers did in two days, it would have taken us two months to do. All were hard workers, especially with 90+ temps and hardly any shade around our house! A very professional, dedicated and respectful business--including Mr. Jordan and all of his team of workers. We are definitely hiring them again for other projects we have planned for our house.

It took an extra week to get materials, but they were able to get all of the work done quickly and we are pleased with the results.  Professional and personable.

Thad and his crew are very punctual and through. I will continue to use them in the future.
