We have used Jones Garage door repair in the past and again continue to be very pleased with his professionalism and ability to recognize what the problem is. I have never felt that he is out to make money but more so to provide an honest service to his customers.  I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good garage door repairman.

Immediately found and repaired the problem.  As value added, he lubricated the door hinges and adjusted the opener.  Mr. Jones was professional and pleasant.

It went very quickly and the hours of service were perfect.

Mr Jones came out on the worst, coldest days ever. There was ice everywhere but he was on time and actually smiling. He replaced the keypad and was very careful about security so he let me do the inputing of the codes so that he would not have access to them. I have to say he was without a doubt the nicest man especially considering the day he was given to work in. The entire process probably took less than 30 minutes. I don't know if it is my imagination but our garage door works so much better now even by remote operation than it ever did before we got the garage door keypad replaced. I would hire this person again and will definitely refer him to anyone who is looking for a good garage door repairman or even new garage door replacement. I wish all of the service people who have entered our home could be even half as polite and helpful as this person.

Last year our garage door opener finally died. Because the garage door is very large and heavy, my husband couldn't fix it. We hired Jones Garage Door Service to install a new, heavy duty opener. When Mr. Jones was done, he adjusted the door on the tracks and greased the mechanical parts at no additional charge so we could get a few more years out of the door. He showed up on time, and everything was done perfectly. The cost of the opener and the installation was comparable to others.

I was considering purchasing my own opener and having him install it. He had an extra good price on belt-driven Liftmasters so it worked out best just to have him install one of his doors. He did the work promptly. He works carefully and does a superior job. He explained everything thoroughly. He was excellent to work with throughout.

Mr. Jones was very professional and informative. He was prompt, very pleasant, and my garage opener works like new!! A colleague had highly recommended Jones and I am so glad he did. I always like supporting these smaller businesses and Jones Garage Door is a great example of excellence !!!
