Terrible. He has taken our money (which was part of a home loan). we are out $5,000 in supplies and work. He did not complete the work we hired him to do, could not account for missing funds, was unprofessional and we terminated our working relationship after only four full days of work over a two week period. His behavior was erratic, he has disconnected his phone and we have had to file with the BBB, as well as move forward with a small claims suit. Apparently, through a recent court records search, this is a pattern for John. This is a sad situation that no one should have to go through.
