 + 4 moreTerrible. He has taken our money (which was part of a home loan). we are out $5,000 in supplies and work. He did not complete the work we hired him to do, could not account for missing funds, was unprofessional and we terminated our working relationship after only four full days of work over a two week period. His behavior was erratic, he has disconnected his phone and we have had to file with the BBB, as well as move forward with a small claims suit. Apparently, through a recent court records search, this is a pattern for John. This is a sad situation that no one should have to go through.
Description of Work: John was hired as our contractor following a check of references and a recommendation from our realtor (who had used him in her home). We had viewed pictures of what he claimed his work as well. He was hired to renovate our garage and enclosed back porch, install a side door and porch.
