 + -1 moreHE IS A TOTAL BUILDER. HE DID ALL THE CERAMIC TILE IN MY BATHROOMS, RESTORED SOME OF THE EXTERIOR OF MY HOUSE AND IS A MASTER CARPENTER, AND VERY METICULOUS IN HIS WORK. PRICE LISTED IS HOURLY RATE.
Description of Work: HE IS RESTORING THE STAIRWAY AND HANDRAIL IN MY 160 YEAR OLD FARMHOUSE.
