poor job, left holes in walls and stripped paint and layer of drywall in multiple areas. I provided the outlets.

Mike uses subcontractors and seems to have no control over them. The quality is horrible, nothing was replaced as promised, and there were major issues such as flooring, trim, and even simple painting for which I needed to hire a new contractor to fix. I'm still finding issues, and it appears Iles & Associates did not actually do all of the work as promised. The list of complaints goes even further, but to save the time, expense, and stress already caused, I would just warn everyone to stay away.

Mike and his team were just what we'd hoped for. He came in, assessed the damage, provided a proposal, and got to work. He fit us in in between jobs and he managed expectations well. He did the job in the time he said he would and within the budget he set out. We have some other projects we need to get done in the house and we will certainly be calling Mike back for those when we're ready to do them. We were very pleased with Mike and his professionalism and service.

He's responsive, fair priced, and does excellent work.

Was able to get an estimate almost immediately and got started within 2 days (that part may have benefited from him just happening to be working in the neighborhood). Did a great job, was quick but thorough with both the stack and drywall repair, done in a little over a day. I'd definitely recommend to others looking for home repair services.

He didn't overcharge me. He was recommended to me by another person that I used before.

They made good progress as each new product was delivered. Worked diligently with glass showered vendor to replace door due to improper handle location and adjustments. Worked with cabinet vendor to get missing toe kick panel on vanities. Had problems stopping leaks in one new sink drain. Kept working until successful. Used drop cloths in and out of house. Tried to do messy wotk outside. Employees were diligent, considerate and pleasant with helpful attitude.

Mike committed to a date for panel replacement.
He and a colleague stayed until the replacement and testing was complete.
He's coming back again this weekend to hang 3 ceiling fans and fix a few other little oddities.

It all went really well, except for the painter.........which wasn't his usual painter. The end product was great.......as Mike made sure we were happy......and we didn't pay our final installment until the paint issues were resolved.

It went very well. We agreed to do the work on a Thursday and expected him to start two weeks later but he called me a day later and said he and his team could do it over that weekend. We said yes. They worked all day Sat and Sun and finished all aspects of the job. Their work did not disrupt our weekend. It's great to be able to see down there. We are very happy.

It went great. He came out quickly and did the job well. When we discovered a possible mistake, he came right back out and fixed the issue.

GREAT TO DO BUSINESS WITH. WE HAVE USED HIM FOR LARGER PROJECTS IN THE PAST. WE WILL USE HIM AGAIN.
