We had missing shingles and Patrick with Howard Restoration and Property Management worked with us and the insurance company to make sure everything was coordinated to get approved and in process. Working in real estate I warned them I want and need communication on projects and up to this point they were great. Suddenly I was stuck at home waiting for them to show, the city inspector showed up and no one was on the job site. Wife made phone call to company owner and put him on the spot - so the third day they were supposed to show up they did - Thanksgiving day. Follow through has been an issue as city permits still haven't been filed. Did a good job on project but as usual communication an issue for service providers.
