Heather and her group were very professional and helpful in listing our home. They were always available to show us homes. She kept us aprised of showing follow up. When we found a home to purchase and got an offer on our home her team handled evrything very well. We highly recommend The Heather Kamann group.

Let me begin by stating that 'yes' Heather did sell my home in approx. 3 months. I accepted the buyer's offer in mid-June and was told their loan was pre-approved. As a result, I emptied the house and agreed to turn over possession on the date of closing which was scheduled for the end of June. I also agreed to put a new roof on the residence in order to make the closing date. I made this decision because Heather and the buyer's agent both told me the buyer's loan would not be approved unless the roof was replaced. This information was not correct. The truth I found out later was the buyer refused to buy the house unless I replaced the roof. It had nothing to do with the loan approval. After replacing the roof to ensure the buyer could get into the house at the end of June, the loan was denied and the buyer requested an extension while pursuing a loan from another lender. Another closing date was scheduled and once again the loan was not approved. The 3rd time was a charm and we did in fact close on Aug. 12. During the the process however Heather and the buyers' agent (also part of the Kamann Group) were rude and failed to listen to my concerns. Voices were raised and at one point I hung up because they failed to hear anything I said. In addition, Heather did not want to discuss further options for the sale of my house which was now standing empty and no longer staged for showing. Her only option was to offer the home as a lease to purchase to this same buyer.

I am happy I sold my home in this market; however, I do not appreciate being lied to. I also do not appreciate being yelled at by an individual who will (did) make money from the sale of my home. It has been 2 months since we closed on the house and I still feel I have an obligation to warn others about the Kamann Group. Sellers beware!

We had a company relocation, and Heather was/is our agent. She was very professional, offering advice on selling in this crazy market. She offered good suggestions. Our house is currently in contract, and she has been very professional in getting the details worked out for closing. Most of my communication with her was done by email, and she was always VERY QUICK to respond.

Heather's marketing program is unequaled and she did an excellent job of promoting our property. Her associate, Cara Larsen, served as our buyer's agent and arranged nearly 100 showings for us. She was wonderful to work with: patient and accommodating throughout. Shirley Hammond, their Office Manager, was always on top of things and kept the process running smoothly. Heather and her team are friendly and responsive and we highly recommend them to anyone in need of a seller or buyer agent.

Heather's marketing savvy is unmatched in the local Delaware market. She is timely, professional and has a great marketing eye. Our pictures were great, well marketed in the papers and on the net.

Heather and her team were absolutely wonderful to work with! After interviewing MANY other Realtors, my husband and I had the pleasure of meeting with Heather and we knew right away that she would get the job done! Her hard work and thorough follow through is what we believe ultimately sold our home. Heather came up with an excellent and professional marketing strategy to sell our home, which was previously on the market for 6 months with another agent. We immediately had showing activity on our home and proof of how well it was being marketed. Heather provided us with feedback and data throughout the process. Eventually, when an offer came, she helped us through the contract despite being on vacation! Our buying agent, Cara, was fine but not as extraordinary as Heather.
