Happy Tails Mobile Dog Spa LLC

The dogs were meticulously groomed and we could not be happier with the result. They listened to how we wanted them groomed and exceeded our expectations. Their van is completely self contained. Water or electric is not required. They came to the house, took all three dogs to the van and brought all three back to us when complete. We are scheduled for grooming again in six weeks.

Stacee did a great job.

Great. It is a little pricier than taking them to a groomer but since they come to you, it is worth the extra cost. The upside is the dog that gets car sick didn't get sick on the way to and from the groomer. Stacee was great. Reliable. I will definitely use Happy Tails again.

We had an excellent experience with Happy Tails Mobile Spa.  Stacee and Brandy did a great job with our two dogs, one of which is older and blind.  They arrived right on time, spoke with us regarding the services we needed and how we wanted their hair cut.  They also spent a little time putting the dogs at ease. The dogs look beautiful and feel so much better to have their hair trimmed, shampooed, and their nails cut.  We have not used a mobile grooming service in the past but this worked out excellently.  The dogs did not have the stress of going to a noisy place with other dogs. Their grooming time was quiet and a pleasant experience for them.
We certainly plan to use Happy Tails in the future.

I have everything good to say about this company. I will be using them again.

Stacee did a great job with our dog Teddy.  She bathed him, cut his hair & trimmed his nails.  He is a 65 lb Golden Retriever who is getting older & nervous.  We use to take him to PetSmart but decided to try a mobile groomer so he would hopefully be less nervous.  Stacee was great with Teddy & he looks great.  The price was about the same as PetSmart but Teddy was much happier.  He didn't have to leave our driveway & he was done in a little over an hour.  We will definitely have Stacee groom Teddy from now on.

Stacee did an EXCELLEMT job on Marley!! Initially when I emailed Stacee to schedule an appointment she never received the message. It got lost in cyber space. I gave her a couple of days and decided to call. She had never received the email and felt so badly so I'm thankful that I followed up with a phone call!!! So I do recommend calling her or texting for it's a sure way of speaking with her. She was professional, courteous, very kind and worked around our schedules!! Marley fell in love with her immediately. Stacee arrived exactly on time. The mobile unit was clean, appealing and welcoming. It was definitely a stress free environment for the dog. No cages and one-on-one care from start to finish!!! Stacee asked a lot of questions to make sure she cut our dog exactly to our specifications. She had Marley in the van for approximately an hour and he came out looking superb and most importantly HAPPY!!!! It was a great experience for him. The cut was perfect!!!! We will always use Stacee's services from here on out and we highly recommend her! The cost of her coming to our house is the same price you'll find anywhere else. The whole experience was delightful. :)

Stacee was very communicative. She arrived on time, even in inclement weather. She introduced herself and we discussed expectations. The grooming experience was excellent for owner and for doggy.

The $90 was more than worth it to save the inconvenience and time of 2 back/forth trips to the groomer, the stressing of our dog and having to clean up doggy's puke from the car.

Both visits were excellent.

She started on time took each dog one at a time, bathed, clipped and returned each dog and started with another. when she was done we talked over when she would come again.

I spoke with Stacee and made the appointment for Tuesday, August 29th. She was on time and extremely nice when she came to the door. Not that we spoil our dog but I am very protective of who handles him and I could tell immediately that he was very happy with Stacee. He took to her right away. He is 11 years old and only has one eye due to cancer so I am happy he reacted this way. Being very skeptical about whether she would be able to handle such a large dog in her van she reassured me that she does it all the time and not to worry. He happily ran up to her van and with a little coaxing he was up and inside and they took care of bathing him. When he emerged almost 1 1/2 hr later, he not only was still very happy and romping everywhere but he looked gorgeous. He was and quot;de-hairedand quot; (he sheds non-stop being a lab) and his nails were so nice and trimmed. This is a little more expensive than going somewhere to have your dog bathed but they are coming to you. Your time is your time. And if all dogs are as happy as our dog it is worth every penny. I have taken him other places and when we get there, you have to push him to go with them and when I pick him up he all but bolts for the door.
Such a great first time experience. Can't say enough good about Happy Tails.

Wonderfully! Two of our dogs are over 10 years old and HATE having their nails trimmed. Stacee was very patient and gentle.

Happy Tails has been coming out since our dog was born. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her, it is so great to have a groomer come to your home. You can keep doing what you need to do and your groomer is taking care of your dog. She is prompt, professional, and very experienced. She does a wonderful job, I cannot recommend her more highly! I do not want anyone else working on our dog. I have absolutely no complaints or no suggestions for improvement, she is delightful to work with. She always calls a couple of days to remind us and is always great.

Stacey is great with dogs. My dog loves her and runs right to her. She is an excellent groomer. It is so convenient to have the dog groomer come to the house. I highly recommend her.
