 + -1 moreThe customer service rep. was difficult to understand, but he kept his promises. He had 2 guys pick up the TV the same day and let me know what the cost would be to fix the TV within 2 days. They fixed it and returned it, set it up and charged the quoted price. These guys were friendly, courteous and careful with our property and did what they said they would do without any hassles.
Description of Work: We called this company to see what they would charge to fix a 10 year old Zenith. We weren t sure if it was worth fixing. The customer service rep. was difficult to understand, but said he would waive the $45 service call if they could not fix it for a reasonable price (as determined by me). Two guys came out the same evening (Friday), picked it up and said they would call either Saturday or Monday and let me know what the problem was and how much it would cost to repair it. They called me Monday and said the power supply was bad and there were a couple of other problems they would fix. The guy said if I wanted it fixed, they would order the part and have it back to me the next day for $194.16. They brought it back Wednesday evening. It was fixed and working properly.
