"This is just simply not true! This job was completed as per the contract. The first day of the installation the customer just couldn't have been happier, passing out cookies to the installers and saying how nice everything looked. The next morning when we returned to finish the client jumped down his throat with all sorts of accusations and questions. We were there to finish the job which would have answered all of the client's questions. The following day the client started yelling and calling him names which was totally uncalled for. We are more than happy to fix any problems that may exist and go out of our way to do so. The atmosphere on this particular job was unacceptable and unnecessary. If the client had been reasonable and talked to us about any conceived problems (which there were none, the job looked great and was professionally installed) they instead yelled, degraded and personally attacked. This kind of attack negates "the customer is always right" because no one has the right to treat anyone in this manner and it never gets you what you want. We do accept credit cards and are happy to do so. We do prefer to swipe them as opposed to taking them over the phone because the fee is less. Most people have no idea that business have to pay a fee for every credit card transaction. We try our best to make sure all our customers are happy but customers should remember that the people they hire are people too and need to be treated with the same respect as they want to be treated."

"We built these cabinets for the homeowner's contractor per his specifications and drawings. We never met the homeowners, everything was done through their contractor. We DID NOT install these cabinets OR the crown molding. Had we installed these cabinets any small details would have been taken care of and the doors adjusted properly at the time of installation. In late July the contractor contacted us and asked if we would go to his client's house and take care of a couple of problems. We did just that, the small stain problem was fixed and doors adjusted. The homeowner indicated that these problems were fixed to her satisfaction. Customer care is very important to us and we strive to satisfy our customers. We were basically a subcontractor in this case and only did the job the contractor asked us to do."
