gutter repair
+ -1 moreThis was a classic case of bait & switch, the verbal estimate was $225.00 when bill was presented total was $520.00 for a repair that didn't fix the problem.
Description of Work: Rubber in-lay was put in gutter, but it never quit looking (bad) after numerous tries Mr. Curtis quit responding to my calls. His work was supposed to have a 2 year warranty.
