The first rain after he replaced the roof we had a huge leak which damaged interior drywall and newly painted walls. We called him back to repair the roof and fix the wall. I had to find the leak and asked him to repair it. He only repaired the roof with some silicone and refused to fix the wall. One year later after winter the roof leaked in exactly the same spot and one other causing further damage to the original drywall and paint as well as to a new spot. We called him to have the problems fixed again and he sent out 2 men having claimed he was not in roofing any more. They fixed the new leak but did nothing for the old leak. A complaint to the BBB elicited a response from the company of lies and innuendo. I had to get up and fix the leak myself properly. Mr Collier was either unwilling or unable to fix the leak properly. He was abusive, rude and defensive when called about it. He was unwilling to repair the leak the second time and never repaired the interior damage.
