+ -1 moreThe crew was FANTASTIC. All of the members were solid with regular communications with us as the homeowners in this all-American team. I have a 5K SQ foot house, and we were incredibly impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of these young men. They were courteous, polite and very thorough in resolving a MAJOR problem in our home. These guys just did not skimp on anything, or miss a detail. They have a lot of pride in their efforts, and the end result is a completely rebuilt exterior of a prominent Ohio address. They were all great with the children, I swear that there isn't one of them I wouldn't trust to watch our kids- they are all fathers, they get it. They work hard, and earn a fair living. One of the guys noticed my brakes squeaking - he told me what to pick up and changed them for me!!! HE DIDN'T EXPECT ANYTHING! I tipped him well regardless. The crew was impressive from start to finish. They are going to do my roof next year.
Description of Work: Complete siding tear off, inside studs removed in many areas due to water damage (16 of 36 windows pulled out, stud rebuild and replaced), installation of cement board siding. Crew had experience assisting in Katrina disaster, so they were experts in identifying water damage and resolving all of the root issues. My windows were never properly flashed or caulked by the previous homeowner. Water got in behind the trim and rotted away the siding along the majority of my windows. The previous owned covered this up, and the crew showed me and documented with photos for me without being asked to do so. We have enough evidence to pursue. When they pulled the siding, they realized that the OSB was like mush in most places. They replaced EVERY area that showed ANY sign of water damage. This job took the crew over a month due to the complexity of the rebuilds on the windows, and my wife and I spent our evenings marveling at all of the work that was done, and how well it was done.
