Bolder Landscape

Border Landscape has been mowing our yard for two years and continue to not show up without any communication. We have a standing date for Thursdays but he seldom makes that date. I miss TopNotch. When Justin retired he sold the business to Jose at Border. When they didn't show up last Thursday, Friday, or Saturday we texted him and got no reply until Wednesday. Jose texted back that there was a medical issue last Saturday (mind you his team was suppose to be there on Thursday.) He guaranteed he would be there Thursday. As of yesterday evening they still had not arrived. We texted again and there was no apology just that rain (which there had been none at our location) pushed back all of his clients so we would be delayed again. Text today-Saturday said that his nephew died and the funeral was today. So now I am home alone with 2 small children as my spouse is out of town for work. He told us we can find another company to work with if we are not satisfied. Why could he not tell us and be HONEST with us that he could not make it. He knows the details of my husband work that calls him out of town. He needs to make this right for us. Neighbors are complaining to us that they will go to the city now. It's going on 15 days. This is horrible.
