I call John McMillen late afternoon on a Friday and told him our situation: water damage & mold had rotted away the inner wall and the stucco had to be removed to get to the problem. John came out the very next day (Sat., a football Saturday at that), conferred with my husband and explained what was involved to fix the problem. He was forthcoming and clear about how he would proceed to do the repair and what it would cost. He showed up a few days later with his crew and set to work. They cut way the stucco, removed the wall and rotting wood, etc. and rebuilt the wall and applied new stucco. They used mold-resistant materials. Two days later they returned and put the final stucco coat on the side of the house. The crew was professional and cleaned up after themselves.
