They are always good. I have used them for at least 15 years. They are friendly and very professional. They are good people.

I'd taken it to two other places who said it was fine. When I finally brought it to them; they kept at it until they were able to fix the problem. They found out that the front axle broke. They kept the Jeep a week. They pulled the axle out, welded it, and put it back in.Since it was a 4 wheel drive, they also had to change the differential oil. I'm really glad I called them, and I would highly recommend them.

We will continue to use them.

They are a small town business and do a good job. They don’t overcharge and they are honest. Their pricing is about the same as everyone else, if not a little lower.

I called and explained the problem and was told the earliest they could get me in was -3-4 days later. I explained that as a caregiver I needed my vehicle fixed as soon as possible and was told I could bring my vehicle in on Wed and they would and quot;work it in.and quot; After dropping my vehicle off, I was surprised to hear from them less than 2 hrs later - Bauerle employees had discovered the problem, told me what it was and how much it would cost. I then gave them permission to fix the problem, and a couple hours before they closed I received a call that my truck was done. Everyone was courteous and professional. I highly recommend them.

I took my truck there because something was obviously broken in the suspension. They identified the problem, called me to discuss it before doing any work. Communication was good throughout. They also gave me a few other things that I needed to have on the radar but, unlike many other places, didn't push to get everything done. I was happy with the experience, happy with the quality, and happy with the prices, which were very reasonable. Plus they have good hours so I was able to drop it off before work and pick it up after work...no need to worry about key drops, etc.

I was upset with my dealership for spending 5 hours diagnosing everything wrong with my '99 Outback, without fixing anything ($600). A friend in Delaware liked his mechanic, so my car ended up there. (Turned out that the mechanic, Dave, is the brother of John, a fellow I've known 30 years. )
The Delaware friend and I were scheduled to leave town for a week, so Dave and his crew had plenty of time to track down and fix everything on the dealership's list:
replace rear brake rotors
replace rear brake pads
replace two belts
perform an oil change
tighten bolts to stop seepage from valve
install a back pressure transducer
install instrument cluster lightbulbs
lube, top off fluids, check antifreeze, check tire pressure
They also found that four items on the list did not need attention.

I purchased KYB struts from Advanced Auto parts and called Bauerle Auto to see if they would install them. Had previously received an estimate from Firestone but they included Monroe struts in the estimate for much more than the KYBs. Bauerle auto installed the struts for a little more than the Firestone labor estimate. However, they found a strut mount needed to be replaced, which added to the labor and material cost. I'm completely satisfied with their work and would go back again.

They do what needs to be done. Very good. Cost was for an oil change, lube, and filters.
