The consultation went well. The installation went well, although there was not enough future-proofing the set-up as five years later, the wiring lay-out seems grossly outdated. Initially the maintenance was done well and on-time. However, in the last three years the responsiveness to calls and inquiries has always left me talking to people involved in what needs done but nothing ever happening. It has become common for me to talk to two or three people about the same issue with promises to call me back promptly and I never receive a phone call back to arrange for desired service. Since April 2015, I have called and talked to different people on multiple occasions about a few things that need replacing or serviced and no progress on their part has been made.

They were referred to us by a friend that they had done work for previously. They were professional, neat, clean, and friendly. They were very exact in their work. The price was good.
