Their responses were prompt and punctual. The employees were easy to deal with, knowledgeable, and seemed to have an inherent sense of what was needed. They were very accommodating and eager to find a solution to my needs. I did not end up using their service, since the items they are able to supply come in specific sizes that did not match what I was trying to replace, and the resulting design needed components that were not in my original design. The extra components made the estimate from Artisan Kitchens & Bath higher than another company that could fabricate exactly the items I needed to replace. I would not hesitate to use this company in the future if I were in need of cabinetry.

to cabinets and other parts shipped to us on July 26th, and the initial installation was done on the same day. I am happy with the installation process, but I am not happy with the the conduct of its sales rep. When the sales rep came to our house, we told him that we need 2 pieces of countertop support, based on that, the proposal quoted us to order 2 of CTSB Counter Top Support Bracket at $65 each. However based on the product specification CTSB is shipped in pair, that means when we order 1 qty, we get one pair of the support brackets, which is what we needed. In another word, the sales made us to order more than what we needed. When it is shipped, I realized that, I approached the sales rep, by saying ) It looks you ordered 2 pair of declaration triangle, so we have 4 of them instead of 2 of them. Can we return the extra pair of it? the response was ?This was a manufacturer / shipping error. You were only charged for 2 total.? Which is clearly not true. And now they took back the extra pair of the Support Bracket. This is my request: refund the money we paid for the extra pair of the Support Bracket. $65 plus tax
