WE HAD CONTACT WITH A REPAIRMAN, A MEMBER OF THE SALES STAFF, AND TWO INSTALLERS OVER THE COURSE OF A WEEK -- ALL WERE ON TIME, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND PROFESSIONAL. THE SALES PERSON EXPLAINED THE AVAILABLE OPTIONS WELL, AND THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY PLEASANT ABOUT ANSWERING QUESTIONS AS THEY WORKED AND AS THEY DEMONSTRATED THE NEW SYSTEM'S FEATURE. THE SYSTEM THAT WAS INSTALLED (A COMPARATIVELY LOW-END MODEL) IS PERFORMING MARVELOUSLY. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

WE'VE BEEN USING THIS FIRM FOR 15 YEARS AND HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THEM. WHEN WE RETURNED FROM A VACATION TO FIND OUR A/C WASN'T WORKING, WE CALLED THEM AND THEY CAME OUT THE AFTERNOON OF SAME DAY. THE TECHNICIAN EVEN PROVIDED US WITH A DISCOUNT THAT WE WEREN'T AWARE WE QUALIFIED FOR.
