ADM Cleaning

After a couple cancelled appointments, she finally came. I rearranged my schedule last minute to accommodate her change in schedule. She seemed politie and nice. She gave me a discount on price since she had cancelled twice befor. I left with my kids so she could clean, and I planned on being gone for 5 hours or so (that's how long it should take to clean my house). She sent me a message after less than 2 hours that she had finished. When I arrived at home, it looked like someone vacuumed and wiped down the shower door and that's it. There were crumbs and dirt on my floors, unclean bathtub, crumbs on my counters, dog paw prints on the wood floor, stainless appliances looked worse! I messaged her to tell her what I saw, she apologized and said she she would come back free if charge but couldn't come for 3 days, and that didn't work for me. So then she said my next one would be free. I had to clean my whole house! My floors had NOT been mopped or even vacuumed or swiffered. She basically cleaned worse than I could have in 2 hours. I checked by bank account and the check hadn't been cashed. I asked her not to cash it based on how unclean my house was, and I'd send her 1/2 the amount for her time. Coincidentally, she cashed my check after I sent that message. She then said she would send a cashier's check and put it in the mail the next day. That was 5 weeks ago. I messaged her several times and got the excuses of she had surgery, she had complications from surgery and was in the hospital, so I waited as I felt bad for that reason. Still nothing. This company was just a total scam!
