We had a pleasant Inspection with Steve. We are first time home owners and have never been through the process before. Steve was very friendly and patient with us, answering all questions we had. He also took us step by step, explaining everything he is checking and why and explaining to us what is wrong, the cause and effects and more! Very detailed with us! This made us more comfortable about the inspection as we felt much more involved and part of it as well as more prepared into purchasing the house and future thoughts. He was honest as well which I appreciate. I was recommended to him by someone else and was glad to go with him! I would use him again in future as well as recommend him to others. Thank you Steve!
