Josiah and his employee started the job in the time frame promised and completed the whole job in about 6 days. (Although I contracted with him at the end of September, he wasn't able to do the job until the 3rd week in December because of other commitments.) He gave me a clearly state construction contract with written itemized estimates for material and labor costs and there were no cost overruns. He was careful not to leave construction debris and promptly returned my calls when I had questions. Although I originally thought the price was a little steep, I don't mind paying for quality workmanship and business men who are prompt and attentive to their customers. I'm sure I would use his services again.
Description of Work: Owner Josiah Greve sided my entire rental house vinyl siding, replaced all the soffits and, when it became necessary to remove the gutters to do the soffits (even though that wasn't originally planned) he had new gutters installed even though it wasn't in the original estimate.
