I had taken it in for the second time to be serviced on a Tuesday and was told " a couple of days and I d have it back". I waited till the following Monday and still hadnt heard from them as to it being completed. This was the Monday prior to Thanksgiving. I was told the next day(two days prior to Thanksgiving) AFTER I CALLED THEM AND ASKED...that it was done. I called on Friday(day after Thanksgiving) to make sure they were open. I got the "we're with a customer" recording and drove the hour to get to the shop. After arriving there about 11:15 AM, I find the place locked up tight and closed.......WITH NO SIGN SAYING THAT IT WAS TO BE ON THAT DAY AFTER THANKSGIVING...NOR A NOTICE ON THEIR RECORDING. ANY INFORMATION I GOT FROM THEM, I HAD TO CALL AND GET IT OUT OF THEM. IT S D*** UNPROFESSIONAL TO NOT AT LEAST CALL SOMEONE AND INFORM THEM THEIR ITEM IS READY TO BE PICKED UP!! BELIEVE ME, I LL NOT USE THIS COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL CAST OF IDIOTS AGAIN...I LEARNED MY LESSON.

"First off his phone number in our database was incorrect. We attempted to call him on two separate occasions. The message on the "Auto-attendant" phone system tells the caller to enter certain extensions for different types of service. Had he entered the correct number he would have been directed to the proper extension and informed of the holiday hours. Obviously he did not work on that day, but he expected a computer store to be open???? We have families and lives also. We are sorry for any inconvenience he endured and hate to lose a customer."
