Portage Septic

I have a number of rental properties on my farm that we use them for. i'm always impressed with them and they're response time. They always do a good job. They're friendly, personal, professional, etc. I use them once a year for each property. They come and inspect and we've used them couple times this year for repairs and inspections. They come on time, they try really hard to help out if you have a scenario, they're flexible so if you need last minute help to make some adjustments they come out and help out. you feel like they're in business to take care of you their customer. They don't have an attitude either. These guys have to have your business and you can tell. They seem to be a long term business because some of these people will come and go, but these folks have been at it for a long time and it seems like a n heirloom business as I would call it.

The experience, overall, was fine.
Ms. Richmond did her estimate and the meeting with the county for no charge.  And she provided us with a letter confirming the county's report.
She was prompt, professional and honest.

She was a recepient of this year's "Friends of Public Health Award" that is given by the Portage County Combined General Health District. Lou and her husband are the owners of Portage Septic Tank. She is the guru of septic systems. They inspect as well as manufacture the evenflow and aeration systems that are recommended by the counties in Ohio. The systems they install are self-servicing where they are configured with alarms that indicate if there are any problems with the tank. The tank is equipped with UV light that kills the negative bacteria. If there is ever an issue with the system Lou will take care of every aspect of repair as stated by the maintenance agreement.
