We will knock on your door before beginning any treatments. We will thoroughly inspect your lawn or trees prior to all treatments. We will clear the lawn of toys and furniture prior to the treatment. We will hand treat all weeds along bed edges, curbs, sidewalks, and in hard-to-reach areas during all lawn applications. We will blow off all debris and fertilizer from driveways, sidewalks, decks, and porches after all lawn applications. We will always be available to knowledgeably answer any questions or concerns about your lawn and trees. We will provide Free Service Calls and estimates within 48 hours. We will be dressed in a clean and neat uniform and be courteous and helpful at all times. Great company, great technicians who know their business, fast, professional service with AMAZING results. Our lawn was crawling in clover, ivy, crabgrass, and other weeds and the grass itself was ragged and thin. In the course of one year, they have turned it lush, thick, weeds gone and no grubs! The services we asked for from them included regular visits for weeds (nearly $500) and included a lawn evaluation, plus 6 visits for weed killing, control & prevention, and another visit for grub control. In the fall, we were so happy with the results that we added on a $200+ visit for lawn aeration to get a jump on next spring. Almost signed up for the tree care as well.
Their technicians came out, examined & sprayed, gave us a report each time they came, and were very friendly and thorough. Plus, they gave us a 10% discount if we signed up for the same services for 2016. We elected to pre[pay for all of these, which was the cheapest way to go and least hassle, but it would have been easy in either case. Their wonderful website also includes account monitoring and allows you to set up "pay-as-you-go," or monthly payments or lump sums for service, and shows you the cost comparison for each option, too, which I like.
Fabulous company - recommended without reservations; we have no plans to use anyone else for our lawn care!!

"Thank you for your feedback. We are always striving to take our lawns to the next level. This mean using the highest quality products available to the industry. Due to the slow release of the fertilizer, and the combination of weed control used we did experience some "tip burn" where only the top of the grass blade is affected. This is not permanent and was removed within the next few mows. All of our clean and green lawns have recovered and look great now! We do apologize for any inconveniences and look forward to providing all our customers with great service and results."
