I just move out let me tell worst experience of my life so start it off the place is very nasty Roaches and mice real bad when i told Gary about he told me if you don’t like move I cannot make this up also i had my car stolen from here i did get back it’s trash everywhere the walls are paper thin you can here everything but the place is quiet also my mirror in the restroom fell it was Stapled to the wall had to wait a month to get that fix had my door kick in by the fire department didn’t know into i got home door just open had to wait a whole day to get it fix miss work because of it also hidden fees in the rent this man is crazy or something but the heath department needs to called asap on him.

This man is a horrible man, evicting people during a pandemic if they cannot pay rent due to not having a job. Government hasn’t sent out an unemployment money or stimulus checks and he’s threatening to evict his tenants for not being able to pay him. Telling them to get a job like it seems he should other than upcharging the heck out of his crappy houses :) This is not someone you want to rent from because he is greedy and selfish. If these people are evicted all that will do is cause the numbers of those with the virus to go up in Ohio. People are supposed to stay home for a reason Gary.

The company is professional and is efficient and has good reputation on screening tenants and performing maintenance.

They are a professional company and finds good quality tenants with excellent screening process and the maintenance is quick and affordable.
