About us

Weather Safe Exteriors is a national roofing company headquartered for nearly 20 years in Dayton, Ohio. We have long-term presence in Dayton and Cincinnati area for residential and commercial roof repairs and replacements. We are one of the nation's go to companies when damaging storms occur across the country and in the Dayton and Cincinnati area. We know how to work with you on non-insurance and insurance claims. We have approximately 30 employees in the Dayton area currently and 200 nationwide.

Weather Safe Exteriors completely stole my down payment and never touched my roof! They took my check for $8940.00 in October of 2016 and in Sept of 2017 when I called to ask when I was getting my money refunded (since they never attempted to fix my roof) I was told "PROBABLY NEVER, CALL THE POLICE, HIRE AN ATTORNEY." Michael Wellmeier has since refused to return my calls, answer my emails or text messages. I initially was working through the San Antonio office, but they shut down without telling their customers. When I talked to Michael in Dayton, he said, "I know about your case and we will take care of you". He had the San Antonio manager, Mark Cornett amend my contract to include new start and stop dates, as well as change the address of the company listed on my contract from San Antonio to Dayton, Ohio since the San Antonio office no longer existed. When the new start and stop dates came and went; I called the local manager to be told the quote above. I immediately called and left messages for Wellmeier, emailed him, and sent text messages. He never responded to any of them. They have straight up stolen my money.
