The four letters (J-e-e-p) that are silver and are on the grill were pried off with a screwdriver or something and left lots of mark. They repainted the grill and got a new set of J-e-e-p and put the new letters back on and it was a beautiful work. Wayside is well respected. It is one of the premier companies around in the area. They are extremely prompt. I would tell friends or family members that they are very professional. They schedule a time for an estimate so clients are not waiting and I like that. They have their processes down very well and once clients get the estimate and call in and make an appointment on the spot, it will be done on time. The thing that I like is that they are also on a bus route. Since they had my vehicle, it was easy to take the bus to pick up my vehicle when it was done. I think they are a quality corporation.

Wayside Collision is the best repair shop either of us has ever dealt with. They are always courteous, efficient, and all work is done on time as promised. We get the estimate for our insurance, and then make an appointment within a week. Rentals are available onsite if we need one. This is as hassle free as it gets.

THE REPAIRMEN WERE PROMPT TO GET MY CAR IN AND FIX IT. THEY WERE VERY NICE AND COURTEOUS. THEY DID A GOOD JOB WITH THE CAR AND I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH IT SINCE.
