This project should have been terminated in the early stages. Unfortunately we stuck it out to what Urbieta considered complete. It was far from complete. We are having to go through the entire job to make up for their poor quality of work.

Description of Work: They rebuilt our house around 10 years ago. The wood siding and trim are rotting out due to improper installation of window flashing we were told. We are looking into having to reside our whole house and possibly more when we start tearing out. Numerous other problems. This submitted by Karen's husband, Ron
